I'm currently part of Gary and Judy Olson's Hana research group http://hana.ics.uci.edu (which is down, currently, as we upgrade our web site). I'm the lead researcher for our Collaboration Success Wizard http://hana.ics.uci.edu/wizard, a web-based service that assesses potential vulnerabilities in collaborative projects. I'm involved in several other research projects in our group - basically anything related to distributed collaboration - and consult with David Redmiles' CRADL group http://cradl.ics.uci.edu.
